Description

The top left hand photo shows the front view (with axes of symmetry) of Platycodon grandiflorus. A longitudinal section of the flower (with 2 sepals, all 4 stamens and petals removed) can be found in the top right hand corner. The bottom left photo shows the arrangements of sepals and androecium are in the same direction (with petals removed). The bottom right photo shows the anatomical view separating sepals (2 separated, 2 remain with the gynoecium), petals and androecium. These photos suggest Platycodon grandiflorus has bisexual, actinomorphic flower and its flower has fused sepals (K4), fused petals (C4) and 4 stamens (A4). Typically, Platycodon grandiflorus is a plant with flowers of 5 fused petals. Therefore, this could be a Platycodon hybrid made by cultivators.

Right top: whether the sepals are fused or not cannot be told by looking at the photo. You may consider to label the ovary position indeed.
