This is Nerium oleander, commonly known as oleander, in Chinese, it is 歐洲夾竹桃. The flowers have 5 sepals, which are tubular form and are in pink colour. There are also 5 petals, which are with darker pink patterns on them. As for the stamens, The anthers are curled up and look filamentous. The inflorescence is terminal cyme.
