Iris sp. belongs to family Iridaceae. 1. Stamen and stigma are sandwiched between the petaloid style (modified style which looks like a petal) and the tepal (with a bright yellow stripe) the stigma was the thin white line above the stamen 2. Flower subtended by 2 spathe-like bracts 3. Actinomorphic flower, which means there is more than 1 symmetrical plane, also could be described as radially symmetrical.
