Description
Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is a unicellular ascomycete. Yeast undergoes asexual reproduction by budding in normal conditions. But it can also form ascospores when starving. Yeast is a very useful fungi that it can be used to make bread and produce wine.
