Description

Leucaena leucocephala, commonly known as the 'white leadtree', belongs to Family Mimosaceae. It is a small tree that has even pinnate leaves. Even pinnate leaves are composed of numerous pairs of leaflets along each side of the rachis without a single terminal leaflet. There is a pair of leaflets at the apex of the rachis.
