The photo shows the sexual reproductive structure (gill) of mushroom (phylum Basidiomycetes). The gill is arranged vertical so that the spore can be disperse out without trapping in the gill.
I think the peridium and hymenium could be labeled in the photo too.
The photo is a bit out of focus.
