Description

Zygosporangium of zygomycete Rhizopus sp. (sexual stage) under microscope, high power magnification (x400).

When there is unfavourable environmental condition (e.g. dry, food shortage), they would undergo sexual reproduction with opposite mating type ("+" and "-" strain). 
 
Zygosporangium (n+n/2n) is a sporangium containing one zygospore, forming after the plasmogamy of gametangia of 2 compatible mating types. The time gap between plasmogamy and karyogamy is very short. Suspensors are also shown in this photo.

Zygospore (2n) is thick-walled spore and it is resistant, forming by fusion of isogametes. It would germinate when favourable condition come again. (Haploid spores are formed by meiosis)

Note that the time gap between plasmogamy and karyogamy is very brief.
Zygosporangium contains only one zygospore, based on my understanding.
