Description

Fertilization of sperm and egg in the archegonium of haploid gametophyte generation gives rise to the diploid sporophyte generation. Meiosis happens in the sporangium and produces haploid spores. However, the gametophyte generation is dominant so the sporophyte grows on the gametophyte. The operculum and the pseudopodium are actually gametophyte tissue so they are haploid.

Very nice labelling and detailed description! Yet operculum is not haploid tissue but integral part of sporangium.
