Description
Canna is the only Genus in the Family Cannaceae, which is a monocot. From the left photo, it shows that Canna is an asymmetrical bisexual flower. It has 3 sepals, 3 petals, 3 pistil, petaloid stamens & anther-containing stamen. From the right photo, it shows that Canna has an axile placentation.
