I would like to introduce more about the ploidity.
The basidium and the basidiocarp (specimen F individual), including its gill are all having n+n as their plodity, as the basidiocarp is developed from the dikaryotic mycelium that underwent plasmogamy. That's why the student put down dikaryotic hyphae, as it is part of the basidiocarp as the hyphae also have a plodity of n+n.

Then the basidium will undergo karyogamy, the nuclei will fuse together to form diploid nuclei (2n), then followed by meiosis, the plodity halves (n), the haploid nucleus move to 4 sterigma at the tip of basidia respectively, and form basidiospore, each nucleus is carried by each of the basidiospore, so the basidiospore will have plodity of n.

This photo can help us to know more about the sexual reproduction of Basidiomycota.
