Description

Cyperus involucratus 風車草, is a species of the family Cyperaceae. Its common name is  umbrella plant. Usually grow near wetlands.
Figure A and B show several spikelets. Figure C shows a floret. The spikelets are organized as umbel inflorescence in Figure A. 3 stigmas can be observed in each floret. Each floret is only subtended by a single glume. Anther and ovary also can be observed in Figure C.
